We understand that sometimes schedules change. To provide the best service to all our students, we have implemented the following cancellation policy:

Cancellation within 24 Hours:

If you cancel a lesson within 24 hours of the scheduled time, the full amount of the lesson will be forfeited.
Cancellation with More than 24 Hours Notice:

If you cancel a lesson with more than 24 hours notice, you will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
Special Consideration for Monday Lessons:

Lessons scheduled for Mondays that are canceled after 12:00 PM on Friday afternoon will be subject to the full cancellation fee. This is due to our office closing at 12:00 PM on Fridays.

We strive to make the payment process seamless and convenient for our students and their families. Here's how it works:

Billing Cycle:

Lessons are billed on a monthly basis.

Invoicing:

Invoices will be generated and sent to you monthly basis on the 25th of every month. For the number of lessons scheduled during that period.

Payment Methods:

We accept EFT transfers.

Payment Due Date:

Payment is due by the stipulated date on the invoice. Please ensure timely payment to avoid any disruptions to your tutoring sessions and late payment fees.

Late Payments:

A late fee of R100/day may be applied to payments received after the due date.

While our specialization lies in Maths, Afrikaans, and English, we understand that students may require assistance in various subjects. Therefore, we are flexible and capable of providing tutoring in a wide range of subjects. If you have specific subject requirements, please feel free to reach out, and we'll do our best to accommodate your needs.
